31 apartments over basement parking achieved in a sensitive location. Three apartments per floor have sea views. Extensive discussions with the local community, the incorporation of their ideas in the design resulted in no objections. A thorough re-design was required to satisfy resident’s requirements – the two top images are the original design, the two bottom images are the revised design.
